hari kedua

hari kedua... konon nak wat 3 days detox.... aaaaaaaaarghhh kantoiiii plaksss....

  • b/fast: 1 mug beso jus lemon w/out sugar
  • 2 biji buah pir
  • 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
  • Lunch: 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
  • meehoon sup 1 mangkok kecit (mkn kt HUKM...x cedapp ar..)
  • 3 keping nenas
  • 1 keping waffle (err btol ke eja cam gini?)
  • 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
  • Dinner (Sebelum 7mlm): roti nan garlic 1 keping
  • air limau suam kurang manis 1 gelas
  • 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
workouts: turun naik tangga 6x (3 tingkat) aci tak?? hehehe
