- meehoon sup 1 mangkok kecit (mkn kt HUKM...x cedapp ar..)
- 3 keping nenas
- 1 keping waffle (err btol ke eja cam gini?)
- 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
- Dinner (Sebelum 7mlm): roti nan garlic 1 keping
- air limau suam kurang manis 1 gelas
- 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
workouts: turun naik tangga 6x (3 tingkat) aci tak?? hehehe
