Hari ke- 7

wahhh dah hari ke-7.... cam tak caye jekkk bole updatee lg.... selalu nyer kantoiii.... kira dah malas nak followw lantak ko laa nak diet ke tidak... hehehehe... takpe2 wait n C apa akan jadikk...... surrennnderrrr atau teruskannn???

  • Sarapan: coffee + air mineral 500ml (tak sempat...sebab layan kerja....)
  • Lunch: hari nieee hari bz... nak kuar merayap pun dah malassss... g food courtt cari makanan....pau kacang+jagung rebus
  • epal 1 biji
  • air mineral 500ml


  • Dinner: ???... akan update kendiann laaa k

Hari ke-6

hari ke-6 sudahh.... ahad nanti saya wat sesi penimbangan ek....

  • Sarapan: air lemon 1 mug
  • roti sandwich (wholemeal) 2 kpg
  • air mineral 500ml
  • Lunch: tauhu bakar (tak sodapp...ishk)
  • air mineral 500ml
  • timun+epal ijau
  • air mineral 500ml
  • petang: mee goreng+kuih 4 ketull.. haaa hambek ko!!
  • air mineral 500ml
  • Dinner: jagung bakar
  • air mineral 500ml
  • epal hijau

dari hari ke sehari saya cuba kurangkan makan, makanan yg bergoreng2 neh..nasi2 olso.... pelan2 kayuh gitew hahahah

  • Lunch: biskut oat+nestiva perisa prune

  • pastu dh petang kemaruk lapo gilerrr...hahaha last2 g foodcourt....makan mihun goreng

  • Dinner: Chicken Roaster (ayamas) 1/4
  • air 500ml

Hari ke -3 & 4

waaaa hangat2 T*^k hayammm sudah bermulaaa.... jgn mara haaa lambat update....ishkkk3... bila nak insapp tahh..

hari ke-3?? alamakk dah lupo makan ape...:D
Hari ke-4
  • Sarapan: Mihun goreng+telur rebus
  • Air mineral 500ml + 1 liter until lunch hr

  • Lunch: nasi beringin (ado meeting waaaa hancuss3)
  • air mineral 1liter
  • buah epal

  • Dinner: telur rebus+roti 2 keping
  • air 500ml

Khasiat Barli

antara khasiat barli: Serat Barli Mampu Rendahkan Kolestrol Dalam Darah.
  • Biji barli juga digunakan sebagai ramuan tampal untuk luka dan luka akibat terbakar.
  • Bijirin barli juga dikatakan boleh membantu dalam menghilangkan berat badan kerana ia bertindak sebagai penahan selera makan.
  • Air rebusan bijirin barli pula dikatakan mampu diambil sebagai penyejuk badan.

  • Dinner (Sebelum 7mlm): roti nan garlic 1 keping
  • air limau suam kurang manis 1 gelas

workouts: turun naik tangga 6x (3 tingkat) aci tak?? hehehe

hari pertama: (pasni tatau ape jadikkk...hahaha...asyik kantoi jek)

Pagi: (b/f):
  • limau suam
  • tauhu bakar
  • lepat pisang 1pcs

Lunch:

  • Kerabu mangga
  • ikan pari msk sam pedas 1 ketul
  • sayur kacang panjang
  • buah pir 1 biji
  • air suam

Dinner:

  • cereal fitness (fruits)
  • Buah pir 1 biji
*air: 2.5 liter/sehari

motippp letak gambo ni?? hahaha ni menu dinner semalam laaa
roti cicah tomyam sup (beli)

nak DETOX kembaliiii....

saya nak detoxxx kembaliiiiiiiii..... waaaaaaaa3.... berat takmo turun2...sakitnyer atikuuu....sob...sob....


Day 1

* Get up from bed : Drink water + lemon or Fresh Fruit Juice (only fresh no added sugars)

* 7.00am : 2 glass of water

* 8.00: Fresh fruit salad / Light Wholegrain cereal

* 9.30am: 2 glass of water

* 10.00am-12pm: Fruits

* 2.30pm : 2 glass of water

* 3.00pm: Fruits

* 5.30pm: Workout for 30 minutes (Brisk walk)

* 7.00Pm: Fruits salad

* 10.00pm: Fruits

* 2 glass water before sleep

Day 2

* Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh Juice (only fresh no added sugars)

* 7.00am: 2 glass of water

* 8.00am: Fresh fruit + veggies salad

* 9.30am: 2 glass of water

* 10.00am: Fruits

* 12.00pm: Veggies and fresh fish grilled or steam

* 2.30pm: 2 glass of water

* 3.00pm: Fruits

* 5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes ( brisk walk)

* 7.00pm : Veggies and steamed fish

* 10.00pm: Fruits

* 2 glass of water before sleep

Day 3

* Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh juice (only fresh and no added sugar)

* 7.00am: 2 glass of water

* 8.00am: Fresh fruits salad

* 9.30am: 2 glass of water

* 10.00am : Fruits

* 12.00am: Fresh fruits salad

* 2.30pm : 2 glass of water

* 3.00pm: Fruits

* 5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes (Brisk walk)

* 7.00pm: Veggies and fish (Steamed or grilled)

* 9.30pm: 2 glass of water

* 10.00pm: Fruits

* 2 glass of water before sleep

Note: NO JUNK FOOD, NO COFFEE OR TEA, NO STIR FRY AND NO CAN FOODS during this entire process. Please makesure u have enough sleep as well.

sekian lama tidak update?

sekian lama saya tak update blog nie.... sorry kenkawann.... saya bizi sana sini... huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....... huhuhu... coti sana sini....ahakss.... berat masih mentennn...alhamdullilahhh..... ada masa naikkkk smp 3 kg.... perghhh meroyannn nak turunkan balik... siksaaaaaa owhhh.... target sebllommm rayee ley kurusss n bley bergayaaa... kahkahkah... insyaallahhh....



tentu semua tau kan camner??.... jawapannyer pakai korset dan adik bradiknyerr.... camm premium beautiful tu haaa.... hehehe... saya dah bertahun2 guna... walaupon badan den bosa.. tapi ado shape... ahahahaha.. :P
