Hari ke -6, 7 dan 8

hari ke 6: (balik kg punyer pasall!!)

  • B/Fast: Roti Arab + teh 3 layer (hancussssssss3!! waaaaaaa3)
  • Lunch: pucuk paku celur + ikan kari (tanpa nasi)
  • Dinner: Mihun goreng
  • Air 2 liter jekk
  • Workouts: badminton 1/2jam

hari ke 7: (@kg olso...)

  • b/fast: mihun goreng 1 mgkok kecik + teh o
  • Lunch: KFC 2 ketul (perghhhhhhhh)
  • DInner: KFC 1 ketul + nasi sket
  • Air 2.5 liter
padahnyerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr????.... berat naikkk ke 82.8kg???? apo nak buekk ni weiiiii???? Omakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk waaa333!!!

hari ke 8:

  • B/fast: Salad+sosej ayam HPA+tomato ceri+tuna mayo low carb + air 1 liter
  • Lunch: mihun sup + air mineral 1.5 liter
  • Dinner: sushiii king konggg!!! huhuhu + air mineral 500ml
berat kembali turun...hUhhhh!!! NOW.. 82.2KG
