hari ke-3: Menu

ahakssss....hari ke-3 pun samo yo menu ehhh....

  • B/fast: sosej ayam 1 ketui (HPA)+salad+tomato ceri+tuna low carb n air suam 1 liter

saya pilih tuna yg inii....

sebab? LOW CARB..... hehehe


dan mayoniss jenama ini....

rasa2 yg brand ni paling rendah CARB...

  • Lunch: Sup tulang+sosej+ air mineral 500ml
  • Dinner: telur rebus 1 biji + tomato + timun+mayonis low carb + 1 liter air
